By tuning into these experiences, we can gently explore what they’re trying to tell you and how they may be shaping your life. This experiential approach, rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), helps to process and release difficult emotions, allowing you to move forward with greater ease and balance.

I take a holistic approach, blending Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) with other evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in a way that feels right for you. Mindfulness, self-acceptance, and emotional awareness are at the heart of our work, helping you reconnect with yourself and navigate challenges with greater confidence. Together, we will also explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, gently uncover new perspectives, and find ways of thinking, feeling, and responding that bring meaningful change. It’s about discovering what works best for you— so you can move forward with more clarity, ease, and a deeper sense of peace.
